True Story

Until March 16th I worked in security at  S.P, Heathrow. I had been there since January 2008. I loved my job and I was always a conscientious and hard worker.

On March 19th 2012, however, I was called for a meeting by my senior management and told that a serious allegation had been made against me, by a member of staff from Censored. According to the management I had been pestering this staff member.

I got a phone call from the security firm director on the 16/4/12. During the call I asked the security firm director if I could see the complaint against me. He told me that the site manager was not obliged to give me a reason for removing me from the site. Apparently, she can remove me without a valid reason. The security director then told me that the reason I had been removed from the site was that I was making the young lady uncomfortable. Yet, on the 19/3/12 I was told that I had been accused of pestering the young lady. Now it seems that, after I have asked to see the complaint, I was not pestering the young lady, but just making her feel uncomfortable.

If I dig deep enough, it will come to nothing. Perhaps all that young lady wanted from her complaint is to return the gift and show that she does not have any feelings for me. But they have removed me for their own pleasure and used the young lady‘s complaint as an excuse.

David, you asked me, so if a woman smiles at you, will you give her a gift? Well David, 90% of pretty woman working at S.P, did smile at me. However, I did not give them all gifts. I am sure they are wondering now where is censored ? A young lady working in the business centre winked at me a number of times in the last 3 months. I do not know what she was trying to tell me.

Let us never negotiate out of fear. But let us never fear to negotiate.

I have nothing against the young lady who made the complaint, it is not her fault that I fall for her smile and Saw her in my dream. But I could never hate her, she came like an angel and opened my eyes. How can I hate an angel?

So far neither security firm nor the Manager who removed me from site, have shown me the complaint and they refuse to show it. The security firm director says that the site manager can remove me from the site for " NO REASON "

Only a slave can be removed from his/her work place for no reason!!!
